What types of Suites does The Grand Royale offer?
We offer Studios, 1 Bedroom/1 Bath, and 2 Bedrooms/2 Baths in the Retirement Community. We offer Studios and 1 Bedroom/1 Bath in the Assisted Living and Skilled Nursing.
Are pets allowed at The Grand Royale?
Yes! The Grand Royale is a pet-friendly community. Your furry friend will have lots of fun at Star’s Dog Park, conveniently located on-site. A pet deposit and small monthly fee per pet will be included in your rent.
Does The Grand Royale have a medication management program?
All Members in the Retirement Community are responsible for managing their own medication. For Assisted Living, we will assist with the management based on the Member’s needs. The Member can be involved but our Nursing staff will secure all medications outside of the Suites and administer as needed. For Skilled Nursing, all medications and pharmacy related transactions are the responsibility of our Nursing staff. Ask about our on-site pharmacy vending machine, called Omnicell!
How does the all-inclusive meal plan work?
Included in your monthly rent, all Members will receive a daily allowance of 5 meals. 3 of them are intended for Breakfast, Lunch, and Dinner. The other 2 meals can be used however you desire, whether that’s a small plate at the Speakeasy, a slice of pizza in Towne Square, or Room Service. Some premium dishes and additional meals are an added cost. Alcohol is not included.
Does The Grand Royale allow children?
Yes! All children and grandchildren are welcome. In fact, we have plenty of children’s activities to keep them looking forward to visiting their grandparents.
Can you move-in as a couple or is it only single living?
Prices as shown are based on single occupancy, however couples are more than welcome! For an additional cost of $1,000/mo, another individual may share a suite with you.
How big is The Grand Royale?
There is a total of 105 rooms throughout the entire community. Including Towne Square, there is about 100,000 square feet in the footprint.
What levels of care are offered at The Grand Royale?
The Retirement Community is 55+ for individuals living independently. On the opposite side of Towne Square is the Assisted Living and Skilled Nursing. This wing will also house our Memory Care unit.
How secure is The Grand Royale?
The Grand Royale considers security extremely important. We have implemented both biometric and secure card access in many ways throughout the community. The front entrance and all exterior doors are locked at all times. Only Members and Colleagues are given access through scan cards.
Can I deposit money into a Member’s account?
Yes! There are a number of services to choose from that come with a cost. Depositing money into the Member’s account makes for a great birthday or Christmas present; or just to say, “I love you!”
